Without objection, it was so ordered. Senators Begich, Olson offered Amendment No. 1 : 2017-05-03 Senate Journal Page 1114 Page 1, line 4: Delete "possibly for thousands of" Insert "more than 10,000" Page 1, line 6: Delete "Alaska was discovered" Insert "Alaska's European discovery was" Senator Begich moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Without objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 5 am was before the Senate on final passage. The question being: "Shall SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 5 am Recognizing the 150th anniversary of the purchase of Alaska, pass the Senate?"
